Can a mod reply to my email? It's been 8 hours, nothing...

If you annoy them, they dont hesitate to feed your emails to the trash.
moral- dont annoy them

Waiting for 24 hours is generally a good guideline to follow before you start getting... worried.

Double check if you sent it to the right spot. They have always been top notch for me. I am amazed at how responsive they can be. No other game I've played has this.

I've been waiting over a month for a response, even sent 2 follow-ups and still nothing.

1. Be sure to send to [email protected]
2. You may have been asking for something that they can't, or won't, respond to.
3. Sometimes e-mails get... lost somehow. Follow-ups are reasonable in that case, but see point 1 and 2 above.

Just checked through mine and the longest I waited was a day and the fastest was 3 minutes

Depends on the topic. I've heard of people getting Zero replies on certain things.

I've emailed twice and had responses within 12 hours. There could be any number of reasons that we could guess at for delays or no answer. My advice would be to email them again if you feel it is important enough.
