Pvp quest rework

Currently pvp quests are add on to pve quests and require kills in a certain area. However, this does not encourage full blown pvp: to get the quest people will target noobs in the area first. Requirements can also he crazy in relatively empty maps.
To fix the problems, pvp quests should be seperate from pve quests and be reworked.
Quests such as solo quest "kill one of these 5 players", "steal this guild's relic", or "defend your relic for a week" would encourage pvp more.

at many times, during the day there are no players to be found in the maps, which require pvp kills in them.
This makes these quests impossible for certain time zones.
a lot of pvp now is about resources. so maybe, resource related quests.
maybe quest kills can only be on players who got pvp unlocked (preventing killing real noobs who didnt unlock)
ideas:
"bring a large firecrystal to the vault"
"bring 5 nodes to hall"
"steal a relic"
x pvp kills, in a lv12-17 map
kills in a specific map could, still be viable but would need longer duration

100% agree. I don't want to gank someone, but when its the only thing remaining after a deity, two leads, 22 officers and 18 million minions have been killed by guild...
Separate PvP-style quests would be better.

I'll work on a solution, or just drop the PvP requirements from quests for now.
