Dire BR/Extra PVP Mode

BTW, Ozy, I actually quite enjoyed spending money in TiB, felt like a treat to myself, typically once a month buying some bds. The reason I've not spent a penny, like most people, on Dire since the kickstarter is that there's nothing really to spend your money on. The occasional really desirable items on the marketplace are not worth real money spend, and both Kish and HUP have bought all the rooms available (except the last couple of casinos) so there's nothing to donate guild money to (there's another minor issue, guild cash is now accumulating almost pointlessly, allow us to do something with it, like new rooms or something? kind of de-motivates for guild quests...). I don't know how you square not wanting P2W with getting people to spend money, but I'm sure I'm not alone in being ok with occasional spend if its worth it.

Honestly, I do not know why there is not a daily guild upkeep to burn silver. If I was to create a mechanic, I would have each room type have a silver upkeep cost. For example (Not actual values, ie an example, as I don't know the economy anymore).
Arena: 10sp
Barracks: 100sp (Should be higher than other buildings, making sure guilds keep active players to help pay the cost and make sure there is not only two large guilds unless players are really participating for that guild. This makes it so smaller guilds are easier to manage and hopefully, we start seeing more of them. In fact, this one might even benefit from a multiplier cost mechanic. 1st one 50sp, second 100sp, third 150, etc, for example)
Casino: 20sp
Corridor: 1sp
Entrance: 20sp
Forge: 10sp
Gallery: 10sp
Gauntlet: 10sp
Library: 10sp
Prison: 10sp
Reliquary: 10sp
Shrine: 10sp
Vault: 10sp
So a guild like KISH would be paying 1,177 silver a day (If used those numbers, but as I said, just an example)
And when the 24hr upkeep is not paid (upkeep timer when a building is placed), the building is destroyed and refund 80% of the building cost back into the guild bank. This is a fairly basic money sink mechanic and ensures that guild members work together to make money, and guilds will only have rooms that they can maintain. Not just dump a lot of money into the guild and be done with it. Of course, players probably don't want to lose money, so this is probably not a popular idea, but balance wise for a money sink, it makes sense.

What if every PvP match was Battle Royale?

I am not sure how I feel about this. I am all for a Battle Royale mode, but turning every match into Battle Royal changes the game dynamics from a traditional Turn-Based-Strategy, forcing everyone to now play BR. Honestly, I'd prefer a special Battle Royal map as an addition to the game. But I do not see this feature changing the state of the game, even though, it would be a fun feature to add.
