hello spellbook,
there are a variety of opinions in-game of how the levelling rewards work once we have left our mortal coil.
would you please be able to explain how it actually works rather than how we think it works so that we can make a more informed decision regarding when to transcend?

The leveling rewards do not reset when you transcend. You won't be able to re-earn them.
The original transcend mechanics did reset them, which made sense because it totally reset your character, but that is no longer the case.
The first two people who transcended under the new system did have their rewards reset and were able to re-earn them, but this was an unintended bug.
