Bind on Equip

Items that have Bind on Equip status:

• Can be traded to other players
• Can be sold at auction
• Can be dropped from the Bank
• Can be scrapped for Credits

When an item that has Bind on Equip status is equipped to a player's Ship, that item's status is changed to NO DROP.
