Black sectors make up the bulk of [[The Map and Game World]].

[[PVP]] is fully enabled in Black Sectors.

[[Invasions]] can only occur in Black Sectors.

[[Garrisons]] and [[Planets]] can be deployed in black sectors.
*  Exception #1:  Some maps have "Space Highways" radiating outwards from [[Earth]]. Garrisons cannot be deployed on-or-around them.
*  Exception #2:  There's a buffer of several sectors surrounding [[Grey Sectors]]
