You can purchase an Executioner at a cost of $2,000,000 credits from your Alliance Planet if it has been Terraformed to a Gaia II World or beyond. Alternatively, you can unlock an Executioner by redeeming 20 Reward Points. The Executioner provides 13 EquipPoints and a +2% Evasion rating, and moves at a rate of 11.5s per jump.
