“Thanks for the feedback -- I'll have some announcements shortly on several of these concerns. The AI farming speed was intentionally slowed down because it was having a severe negative impact on the economy that was forcing me to limit item drops and silver generation. The current speed isn't set in stone, however. I'd like to see how things adjust in a week or two. Glad you guys like the new changes so far. I'm pretty happy with how everything turned out.”

“I'm really excited about the upcoming changes to HOD, and the new Dire project. We're building the hod client today and submitting it to Apple for approval. I expect we'll have it to you guys by Friday. The new Dire project is basically a stripped down HOD with no world exploration. Its focus is fast paced single-squad battles with gambling, big guild battles for control of world map capture points, and a little PvE in the form of random npc challenges. I expect it to be done by the end of November, depending on how much time our developer Megaweapon can dedicate to it between other projects.”

“Thanks for taking the time to write this up. There was originally an auction fee, but people wanted it removed. I figured it was better to have more stuff for sale than less. I don't really like the NPC auctions at all. They only exist as a silvers sink, but without a big enough community they go for too cheap. I'm not sure they'll survive at all into the Dire Arena project, or will become very rare. Race Transformation potions will become "vanity only" and not created via the Dungeon Master system or NPC merchants. I'll see what we have time to get in for the next HOD update.”

“Just a thought.. What if every PvP match was Battle Royale? The edges of the map would burst into flames after X turns, and creep in 1 tile every few turns to force more aggressive play. Standing in the fire would deal significant damage. I could eliminate the AI take-over timer since you'd just die if you stalled.”
